Where Rog and Crissy live
Establishing shot of the Ralphwit home (the house they moved into back around issue 4) drawn for the storyboards of a potential animated feature. I didn't realize it earlier, but I never drew an exterior shot of the house in the comic book itself...

Strip Experiment
One thing I've been mulling over is adding a newspaper style strip to the Cartoon Cuties line, maybe something I can post once a week to keep up interest in the series. This is an experiment in that direction, though it was so involving that I think this may be the first and last one I do. Only so much I can do without dialog anyway!

Divine influence in action
Long ago I'd already planned this image for the contents page of issue 5. How fitting after the numbering snafu on issue 4, it makes a perfect link to the notice regarding issue numbers!

What Might've Been...
When I developed Cartoon Cuties, I was learning to draw cartoon characters from scratch. I've learned a lot since then, and had I known then what I know now my approach to design would've been completely different. Here's an example. Crissy Carrots is my main character. The lower right shows the design I came up with. The larger image is how I might've designed her if I developed the comic book today. It's a pretty radical difference. Still, I've already established what I've established. It's interesting to see how far I've come since then, though.
