The Carrots Hop

Within the mythology: In 1960, C.B.I.P. finally signed Crissy to a movie contract. To celebrate and promote their new starlet, "The Carrots Hop" was recorded and subsequently covered by various vocalists under studio contract. Ironically, Crissy herself did not sing the song for any of these recordings, although her image was used heavily in promotion. The song became a modest hit, and would be revived in the 80's by a new series of female vocalists. Crissy herself would finally sing the song in 1983.
